Groundnut shell pressed under high pressure into dense 90 mm cylinders — no binders, no additives. A direct drop-in replacement for coal and firewood in industrial boilers, with steady flame and very little residue.
Uniform 6–10 mm pellets made from mixed agro waste. Their consistent size suits automatic feed systems, so boilers run at a stable temperature with minimum manual handling.
Single-source 8 mm pellet made purely from groundnut husk — the residue left after shelling. Clean burning, low ash, and abundant across the Saurashtra belt, which keeps supply steady round the year.

Fuel & nature
Every year, huge quantities of groundnut shell and husk are left over after harvest — much of it burnt in the open field, where it adds smoke to the air and returns nothing of value. We collect that residue, dry it, and press it into a solid fuel that industries can burn in place of coal, lignite and firewood.
Because the carbon released in the boiler is the same carbon the crop absorbed while it grew, biomass burns in a short, closed cycle — unlike coal, which releases carbon stored underground for millions of years. There is no sulphur in the raw material, so there is no sulphur dioxide in the flue gas, and the ash that remains is clean enough to be returned to the soil.
The result is a fuel that keeps stubble out of the open fire, keeps forests standing, and keeps money circulating with the farmers who grew the crop.
Releases only the carbon the crop absorbed in its own lifetime, instead of fossil carbon locked underground.
Our raw material contains no sulphur, so combustion produces no SO₂ and no toxic gases — cleaner air around the plant.
Residue that would otherwise be set alight in the field is collected and turned into fuel with a paid value for the farmer.
Replaces firewood in boilers, and the low ash left behind is rich in potash — usable as a soil conditioner.
